Special Afternoon at Pennine Folk Club – Sunday 19th April On Sunday 19th April, we’re pleased to be welcoming Hedley and Bev, who are travelling around the UK visiting folk clubs in aid of the Trussell Trust.
Hedley and Bev will be joining us as part of a nationwide journey, performing at singer’s nights, Folk Clubs and helping to raise awareness — and funds — for a very important cause.
The Trussell Trust supports a network of food banks across the UK, working to ensure that no one is left without enough to eat. Last year alone, over 3 million emergency food parcels were distributed — a reminder of just how many people are struggling.
There will be a collection on the day if you’d like to contribute, but just as importantly, come along and support the afternoon.
As always, we’ll have:
Floor singers and musicians
Tea, coffee & biscuits A relaxed and friendly atmosphere
Stocksmoor Village Hall
1:30pm – 4:30pm
