A little about the 'Pennine Folk Club'

The Pennine Folk Club held it's first meeting on Sunday 15th December 2024, at St. Paul's Hall, Shepley and was then know as Shepley Folk Club. At the end of August 2025, we moved to Stocksmoor Village Hall and at the same time decided to change the Club name to the Pennine Folk Club. Since our first meeting, way back in December 2024, we have become a dynamic and friendly Folk Club that have quickly grown, becoming one of 'the go to' Folk Clubs in the area.

The Pennine Folk Club meets on the THIRD SUNDAY of every month, between 1.30pm and 4.30pm.

Entry is £3 per person, which includes tea, coffee, cordials and biscuits, which are available throughout the meeting.

We're not old fashioned about promoting other Folk Clubs or Folk events in this area, after all, it's about enjoying the music and song and getting the message out there. So, if you want to advertise your Club or an event, drop us an email to include a bio and some photos, and we'll see what we can do to help. Obviously, we can't really advertise anything too local if it falls on the same day/time as our own Club meets or we have an event of our own booked, sorry.
